A thought

Those of us privileged to have had the fortune to go in to the desert with all of its beauty, in these days are disturbed by the thought of the victims of the earthquake in Abruzzo: our joy to have lived an exceptional experience, clashes with the tragedy that changed the existence of many families dramatically. Unfortunately, that is life: one part gives and the other takes. The experience of a life lived intensely makes me believe that each of us travel a road traced by destiny, that nothing and no one can change: I have never understood however why some of us are so blessed and others have to pay a price so heavy. We must bow to the will of the divine and hold in an affectionate embrace all of those who are suffering.
